SEOUL City Infrastructure Headquarters has issued a call for tenders for a batch of 36 cars to increase capacity on metro Line 9 which is operated by a private company called Metro9.
Seoul Metro Line 9 is currently operated by trains supplied by Hyundai Rotem.
