California issues RFQ for high-speed rail systems contract
CALIFORNIA High-Speed Rail Authority (CHSRA) has released a request for qualification (RFQ) on July 17 for a $US 1.6bn design-build-maintain contract to equip the 191km Merced - Bakersfield Central Valley section of the state’s high-speed rail project.

ORR releases final Network Rail CP5 report
