California Assembly to review high-speed project before releasing $US 4.2bn funding
A majority of the California Assembly has directed the California High Speed Rail Authority (CHSRA) to defer the awarding of major contracts for the Merced - Bakersfield high-speed line later this year, as the assembly looks to review the project before releasing $US 4.2bn in funding.
