Delivery will take place between January and June 2020. Under the contract, Tesmec Rail will maintain the vehicles for six years.
The vehicles will be used for catenary maintenance and are equipped with a platform and crane with an integrated wire positioning system.
The contract includes the supply of diagnostic systems to measure the height and the polygonation of the catenary wire to assist with the certification of the work.
Each vehicle has a cab at each end and is mounted on two bogies. The vehicles can travel at up to 140km/h between work sites.
