The Design Services Framework (DSF) consists of four multi-discipline framework contracts and 78 single-discipline framework contracts. The new DSF aims to provide access to a wider range of multi-skilled suppliers including small and medium enterprises (SMEs) which form around 25% of the single discipline suppliers on the DSF.
The DSF replaces the Multi-Functional Design Framework. The contracts, which went live on January 1, have been awarded to 34 suppliers.
