São Paulo monorail Line 17 E&M tender launched
SÃO PAULO Metro published an international tender on July 12 for a contract to supply electrical and mechanical systems for the 7.7km monorail Line 17 (Gold Line), which will connect Congonhas airport with Morumbi station on Paulista Metropolitan Trains Company (CPTM) Line 9.

Regiojet reports 12% increase in passenger numbers
AROUND 3.1 million passengers travelled on Czech and Slovak train operator Regiojet’s services through the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Austria during the first six months of 2019, a 12% increase on the same period last year.
