Electrification of Israel Railway’s Railway Network
Israel Railways Ltd. (“ISR”), in accordance with its obligations under the Israeli Mandatory Tenders Law, 5752-1992, and the regulations promulgated thereunder, wishes to obtain bids for the electrification of various parts of the ISR’s railway network, including the detailed design, construction, erection, testing and commissioning thereof (the “Project”).
Capitalized terms used herein shall have the meanings ascribed thereto in the Invitation to Bid. Tender Documents are available for review and download https://bit.ly/4wGjBIl.
Bidders may raise questions and requests for clarifications or interpretations to the Tender Documents, in writing, by no later than October 25, 2026, to the following email address: yossefk@rail.co.il.
1. The Bidders must submit their Bids as of December 8, 2026 and by no later than December 9, 2026, 14:00 (Israel time), to the Tender Committee’s tender box, at the following address: lobby floor of Israel Railways’ Headquarters Building, 1 Yoseftal Street, Lod, Israel.
2. This notice contains general and preliminary information only. In case of contradiction between this notice and the Tender Documents, the Tender Documents shall prevail.
