URALTRANSMASH (UTM), a subsidiary of Uralvagonzavod (UVZ), has won a contract to supply 27 class 71-411 single-section LRVs to the city of Yevpatoria, Crimea, to be delivered in 2021.

Germany: DB Regio will begin operating services in the state of Bavaria using six Škoda double-deck push-pull trains from November 12. Following testing on the Munich - Ingolstadt -Treuchtlingen line that is due to begin on November 16, they will enter service from December 13 on Nuremberg - Munich Express regional services.
