ŠKODA Transportation confirmed on November 2 that German notified body Eisenbahn Cert has granted TSI High Speed certification for the type 109E3 (class 102) electric locomotives and double-deck coaches ordered by DB Regio for Nuremberg - Inglostadt - Munich NIM Express high-speed regional services.
