Regional operators appeal NS’ 15-year concession

NS launches tender process for new high-capacity EMUs
NETHERLANDS Railways (NS) has begun the process of ordering a new fleet of high-capacity EMUs to replace its existing DDZ fleet, issuing a request for information to select potential suppliers with a view to ordering the new trains in 2022.
