SWEDISH private operator Snälltåget has announced the launch of a new open-access service between Malmö, Gothenburg and Oslo on June 15. Trains will operate until October 28.

The Oslo service will depart from Malmö Central at 06.38, calling at Lund, Helsinborg, Halmstad, Varberg, Gothenburg, Trollhöttan, Sarpsborg, and Fredrikstad, and arriving at Oslo Central at 13.16. The return train will depart from Oslo at 14.48, arriving in Malmö at 21.15. There will be an onboard restaurant service throughout the journey.

Snälltaget says that passengers will be able to change in Malmö for its Copenhagen - Hamburg - Berlin overnight service, which will restart on March 27 and run until November 1.
