French consultancy Serfer is providing technical assistance to help Cuban Railways modernise its rolling stock maintenance activities, overseeing workshop upgrades and repairs to locomotives and coaches.
Robert Preston spoke to Serfer president Dominique Vastel about this development project that has taken over six years to bring to fruition.
