Work is well underway on what has been described as New Zealand’s largest-ever infrastructure project, with the construction team aiming to operate the first test train through the City Rail Link in the middle of 2024. But as CRLL CEO, Sean Sweeney, explains to David Burroughs, the project has dealt with droughts, floods and everything in between to get this far.
