Trial passenger operation begins on Bangkok Blue Line extension
THAILAND’s transport minister, Mr Saksayam Chidchob, officially launched trial passenger operation on the 5.4km extension of the Bangkok MRT Blue Line from Hua Lamphong to Tha Phra on July 29.

CAF reports 33% increase in first-half earnings
CAF, Spain, reports a 33% increase in adjusted Ebitda to €116m for the first half of 2019 compared with €87m in the first half of 2018 with an Ebitda margin of 9.2%. This increase is attributable mostly to growth and to the contribution of Solaris which CAF acquired in 2018.
