Chinese to build and operate first Bogota LRT line
CHINA Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CECC) has won a Pesos 3600bn ($US 1.1bn) contract to design, build, operate and maintain a 39.5km commuter light rail line linking Bogotá with Sabana de Occidente.
