Genesee & Wyoming Australia renamed One Rail Australia following acquisition
AUSTRALIAN rail freight operator Genesee & Wyoming Australia (GWA) will be renamed One Rail Australia following confirmation that the acquisition of the remaining 51.1% stake in GWA by Macquarie Infrastructure and Real assets (MIRA) and Dutch pension fund PGGM from Brookfield Infrastructure has been completed.

Bombardier revenue drops as Alstom merger rumours gather pace
BOMBARDIER released its consolidated full year results on February 13, confirming a 7% drop in revenue for the Transportation division from $US 8.9bn in 2018 to $US 8.2bn in 2019, the day after the board of Alstom reportedly met to discuss a potential takeover deal for its rival.
