DB passenger numbers up but profit down in 2019
GERMAN Rail (DB) carried 151 million long-distance passengers on its inter-city and ICE services in 2019, up 1.9% from 2018, the first time the company has carried more than 150 million passengers and the fifth consecutive year of growth.
