MTA puts capital programme on hold as $US 10.3bn deficit looms
NEW York’s Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) has placed its $US 54.8bn 2020-2024 Five-Year Capital Programme on hold as it looks to plug a $US 10.3bn hole in its finances over the next two years.
