Texas Central wins four-year legal fight with landowners
THE Thirteenth Court of Appeals of the US state of Texas ruled on May 7 that Texas Central is a railroad company and interurban electric railway, effectively ending a four-year court battle waged by landowners opposed to construction of the proposed route in Leon County.
