PKP Cargo to develop Podkarpacie wagon factory
PKP Cargo signed a letter intent with the government-owned finance company Industrial Development Agency (ARP) on April 25 to begin the production of wagons in Podkarpacie in southeast Poland. Advanced talks are underway for Greenbrier subsidiary Wagony Świdnica to join the project and sign the letter of intent.
