AllRail raises concerns over Slovakian regional tender
THE Alliance of Rail New Entrants (AllRail) has raised concerns over the suitability of a tender published by the Slovak transport ministry to operate services along the Žilina - Rajec corrider, which gives prospective operators only three months from the contract award date to fully mobilise and begin operations.
