Lineas contracts Voith for locomotive overhaul
BELGIAN private rail freight operator Lineas has awarded Voith with a contract to overhaul its fleet of 30 Siemens/Vossloh class 77 diesel-hydraulic shunting locomotives. The work will be scheduled for completion before the end of 2024.

Hyundai Rotem awarded second order for Seoul GTX A fleet
KOREA Rail Network Authority (KRNA) has ordered an additional five eight-car EMUs from Hyundai Rotem under a Won 119.2bn ($US 98.1m) contract for use on the GTX A high-speed commuter rail line connecting the capital to surrounding cities.
