1. NTA - Metropolitan Mass Transit System Ltd. (“NTA”), in accordance with its obligations under the Israeli Mandatory Tenders Law, 5752-1992, the Mandatory Tender Regulations 5753-1993 invites companies worldwide, to participate in an international tender for the Design, Development, Manufacture, Procurement, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Warranty and Maintenance of the Systems of the Red Line Project all as detailed in the Bidding Documents.
2. Threshold Requirements - Bidders shall comply with all the requirements of the General, Professional and Financial Threshold Requirements as further detailed in the Bidding Documents.
3. Volume 1 Part I & Part II (BDS) are available for review and download from NTA's website, www.nta.co.il/en/tenders. The full set of the Bidding Documents are available on NTA's FTP server (via NTA'le server at: ftp.nta.co.il). A username and password allowing access to NTA's FTP server shall be issued upon NTA's receipt of a request for such access, which is to be submitted to the Tender Mailbox: ntatender0782017@nta.co.il
4. Any requests for clarications should be addressed in writing only to Tender's Mailbox: ntatender0782017@nta.co.ilby no later than 16th October 2017.
5. Submission Date - the date for the submission of the Bids is on 30th November 2017 by no later than 14:00 (Israel standard time).
6. The information provided hereinabove including with respect to the Threshold Requirements, is partial. Accordingly, Bidders are obliged to comply with all the provisions of the Bidding Documents in their entirety.
Rishon Lezion Municipality and the Economical Company of Rishon Lezion Ltd (“RLZ”) hereby requests information regarding the possible development and/or application of a PRT system to be designed, installed and operated in RLZ, as well as to review the possible applicable technologies as well as to review and estimate the associated costs and project schedule that would be involved. Respondents to this RFI shall have at least one (1) currently operating project. RLZ seeks such information from designers, manufacturers, suppliers, maintainers and/or operators of PRT systems.

NTA hereby informs the Bidders of the following changes to the Tender:
1. Certain revisions have been made to the Tender Documents, relating to the Bidder structure and the Threshold Requirements as set forth therein. It is NTA's intention to publish the revised documents in this regard on NTA's official website, www.nta.co.il, no later than Sunday, December 25, 2016.
All Bidders are required to thoroughly review the updated Tender Documents, including all Addenda thereto.
2. Furthermore, the Tender Committee hereby informs the Bidders that the submission dates with respect to the Tender have been revised and postponed as follows:
• The last date for the submission of requests for clarifications by Bidders shall be on January 23, 2017.
• The final Bid Submission Date shall be on March 23, 2017, at 12:00 PM

Management Authority for Urban Railways (MAUR) of Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee intends to undertake the construction and implementation of Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Line 2 (Tham Luong–Ben Thanh). The project will develop a 12-km urban dual line, comprising 10.3km bored and cut and cover tunnel section and 1.7 km elevated section, with nine underground and one elevated stations. Also, the project will install a new workshop and ten new 3-car trains to operate the MRT Line 2.
A roadshow of interested and potential bidders for the works is being organized on 21-22 November 2016 at 8:30 AM in the office of MAUR, 29 Le Quy Don Street, Ward 7, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam.
