Opening of Ottawa’s LRT Confederation Line delayed until 2019

OPENING of Ottawa’s $C 2.1bn Confederation LRT line has been delayed November 2018 to the first quarter of 2019, Ottawa-Carleton Transportation Commission (OC Transpo) general manager-transportation, Mr John Manconi, has announced.
