He has travelled the world extensively interviewing many of the CEOs and senior managers of the world's railways and transit systems which has given him an in-depth knowledge of the global railway industry. First IEP trains enter service on Great Western main line

THE first 200km/h Inter-city Express Programme (IEP) bi-mode trains being supplied by Agility Trains consortium, which includes Hitachi Rail Europe, entered service with Great Western Railway (GWR) on the London Paddington - Bristol/Swansea route on October 16.
